This Confidentiality & Electronic Communications Policy outlines the standards governing the use, disclosure, handling, and protection of information communicated through our electronic channels and business operations.

Information transmitted through MK International Trading OPC communications, including emails, documents, proposals, contracts, quotations, presentations, and attachments, may contain confidential, proprietary, commercial, financial, operational, or trade-sensitive information.

No license, ownership interest, or intellectual property rights are transferred through electronic communication without written authorization.

If you have received a communication from MK International Trading OPC in error, please notify the sender immediately, permanently delete the communication and all attachments, and refrain from further review, use, disclosure, or distribution of the information.

MK International Trading OPC shall not be liable for unauthorized interception, alteration, transmission delays, malware, or other risks inherent in electronic communications beyond our reasonable control.
